Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the phbonus Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. phbonus employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You may request the closure of your phbonus account at any time by contacting our customer support team. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your phbonus account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. phbonus does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phbonus bears no responsibility.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phbonus reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. phbonus reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
